What happens when the phone rings.
Three steps, the same at two in the afternoon as at two in the morning.
For scale: across more than 70 million calls to businesses in 10 industries, 56% were answered by a person. Source: Invoca, Lead Conversion Benchmarks Report 2026 (calls on Invoca's platform, not nationally representative) (opens in a new tab)
Step 1
A call comes in
You're in court, with a patient, on a roof or asleep. The phone rings anyway. Instead of rolling to voicemail, the call goes to your receptionist.
Step 2
It answers and asks the right questions
It picks up, day or night. It answers the basic questions a caller has, the way a trained employee would, and finds out what they need, where, and how urgent it is.
Step 3
The appointment gets booked
The caller gets a time: a consultation, an estimate or a crew at the door. You get the details. No voicemail, no phone tag, no lead calling the next name on Google.

What voicemail is costing you.
A missed call might cost a plumber a few hundred dollars. For a law firm, an implant practice or a restoration company, it can be thousands. We've put in example numbers. Swap in your own.
Example: revenue going to voicemail each month
$9,750
$397 a month is the value of one new customer at your average. The $497 setup is one-time and separate.
The starting values are examples, so change them to match your business. This is an estimate from your own inputs, not a promise of results.

We don't have customer stories yet, and we won't invent them. This is what you can check for yourself instead.
Hear it before you believe it
On the 15-minute demo you hear the receptionist take a call like the ones you get. Interrupt it. Ask it something awkward. Decide with your own ears.
Three days on a demo number
Run it against your own hard calls before it ever answers a real customer. Nothing is charged during the trial, so if it isn't right for your business you'll know before it costs you anything.

Straight answers.
What to ask before anything answers your phone.
Who is this for?
Any business where one new customer is worth far more than the monthly fee, and the phone rings when nobody can pick up. Law firms, dental and cosmetic practices, med spas, roofers, restoration crews, real estate teams and home-service contractors are the obvious ones. Less obvious, and often hit harder: the generator dealer whose phone rings nonstop during an outage, the home care agency a family calls from the hospital on a Friday night, the wedding venue taking next year's enquiries while it runs this Saturday's event, and septic, foundation repair, collision, pool and child care businesses. If one missed call can cost you a job worth thousands, it's built for you.
Will it sound robotic?
Judge it yourself. On the 15-minute demo you'll hear it take a call like the ones you get, and during the 3-day trial you can call it yourself and throw your hardest calls at it. If it doesn't sound right for your customers, don't buy it.
What if it gets something wrong, or goes down?
No receptionist is perfect, human or otherwise. That's why you start with 3 days on a demo number: you test it with your own hard calls and we work through what it misses before it goes anywhere near a real customer. On the demo, ask us exactly what happens if the service is unavailable. We'll show you rather than tell you.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. It says so at the start of the call. We think that's the honest way to do it, and in some states it's also the law.
What about urgent calls at 2 AM?
It answers at 2 AM the same way it does at 2 PM. A flooded basement, a family member just arrested, a patient in pain: you decide what counts as urgent and what should happen when one comes in, and we set those rules up with you before anything goes live. It is not an emergency service: it's set up to tell a caller reporting gas, fire, carbon monoxide or a medical emergency to hang up and call 911 first.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your number stays yours. Calls are forwarded to the receptionist, and you can turn that off whenever you want.
I don't want a bot quoting prices or giving advice.
Neither do we. It never quotes a job or a fee without complete information and a person involved, and it doesn't give legal or medical advice. It answers basic questions, takes down what the caller needs and sets up the call, so the pricing conversation and the advice stay with you.
There are AI answering apps for $49 a month. Why would I pay more for this?
Those are tools you set up, script and maintain yourself, usually billed by the minute. This is done for you: a person builds the call flow around your business, your services and your rules, tests it with you during the 3-day trial, and keeps it tuned. If a do-it-yourself tool suits you better, we'll tell you so on the demo.
We're a medical or dental practice. What about patient privacy?
Ask us on the demo, before anything answers a patient. We'll tell you straight where call recordings and patient details are stored, who can see them and whether we can sign a business associate agreement for your practice. It books appointments and answers the basics, like your hours and what a consultation involves. It doesn't give medical advice.
Does it work with my scheduling software?
Tell us what you use on the demo call, whether that's ServiceTitan, Jobber, Clio, Dentrix, a practice-management system, Google Calendar or a paper diary. We'll tell you straight whether we can book into it today.
You're new. Why should I trust you?
You shouldn't, yet. We have no customer stories to show you and we won't make any up. What we have is a demo line you can call right now, a 3-day trial on a demo number and a price you can see. Judge us on those.
Hear it answer.
Fifteen minutes. No slides.
- 1You tell us how calls reach you today.
- 2You hear the receptionist handle a call like yours.
- 3If it fits, we set up your 3-day trial. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
Fill in the short form and we'll reach out to set up your time.
